Objectives

This seminar aims to provide participants involved in supervisory practice with practical insights on how to identify, assess and mitigate behaviour and culture risks:

• You will gain fundamental knowledge of the supervisory approach and tools for behaviour and culture assessments.
• You will understand the process of identifying, assessing and mitigating risks regarding behaviour supervision.
• You will gain practical experience using relevant tools.
• You will reflect on the lessons learned regarding the implementation of techniques for supervision of behaviour and culture risks as part of prudential supervision.
