  leaders who wish to leverage the benefits of an Agile working environme
 nt. The programme focuses on effective ways to lead teams through and af
 ter transformation\, offering participants the opportunity to explore le
 adership practice\, theory and techniques\, while fostering a peer-to-pe
 er exchange of experiences and best-practices. This programme is designe
 d as a deep-dive and exchange format\, without assuming or promoting any
  specific Agile methodology. The principles explored are transferable ac
 ross organisational “flavours” of Agile or hybrid delivery models.\nThro
 ughout the programme\, structured peer exchange is a central learning me
 chanism. Participants will additionally share transformation journeys\, 
 compare institutional contexts\, explore current obstacles\, and reflect
  on real leadership dilemmas.\nModels may be introduced as optional lens
 es as helpful. However\, they will only be used to add value to the spec
 ific group’s experience.
